Welcome
The zoning committee is charged with regularly receiving for review from the development regulation division, prior to adoption by governmental bodies, copies of applications and notices of all public hearings related to re-zonings, special permits, variances, demolitions, and zoning appeals regarding property located wholly or partially within the Commission Area and providing comments and recommendations thereto, and approving or disapproving thereof.
The committee now meets monthly on the second Saturday at 9am unless otherwise announced. Our next meeting will be held Saturday, September 12, at 9am.
